The concepts provided are designed to make layouts more efficient and streamlined giving the advantage not only in direct cost savings of materials and installation costs but the highly valuable reduction in programme duration with secondary benefits of reducing prelims such engineering durations required by condensing works.

As part of the process we can also review levels, there is significant scope for savings by reducing depths providing a quicker, safer and cheaper installation process.

Our value engineering process is built around 2 key stages with further services able to be added.

Stage 1 involves the receipt of initial information, review of this and evaluation of the potential of the project to be value engineered. At the end of this stage we will advise our clients of potential and advise cost packages, timescales and further information required to continue to Stage 2.

Stage 2 Development of the design concept to be presented to the Structural Engineer for approval depending on client factors this could be utilising marked up PDF drawings, to altered DWG files depending on time and cost. All Stage 2 packages include a teams meeting to present the concept to our clients.
